Operations reinforcement

The company develops, produces, installs and maintains auxiliary telecommunications equipment, employs more than 300 professionals and is participated mainly by venture capital. The investment project of showed a number of operational deficiencies that required corrective actions to stop revenues decrease, turn back to profitability and to provide the business with a professional and systematic business management.

The mission had duration of 6 months, during which we assumed the CEO position, with the main objective of providing the organization with the adequate management support. We defined the management processes of all areas, according to the strategy set by the Board, and our most important activities were to define and to put in place a Global Management Model and its corresponding organizational structure.
