Our professional's experiences
Project Rescue
Consortium created for the implementation of a novel and complex healthcare solution, that required technology, processes and, of course, organization and behavior changes. The project had exhausted the totality of the time limit and the budgets before arriving at the half of the contract scope, and the tense relation between the members of the consortium and with the client had put in jeopardy the chances of reaching the project objectives.
The mission lasted 12 months, during which we acted as the consortium manager. We replanned the project, we presented the consortium parties with the necessary additional investments and the expected benefits (both quantitative as qualitative), a new project scope and time extension were negotiated with the client and, by means of sound project management techniques, we managed the remaining of the project according to the new agreed plan to its finalization. At the end of the mission, the parties arrived at an economic agreement among them transparent for the client and the client contracted a new project to continue growing the new platform.
