Project Rescue
ERP implementation project that was being executed by a Consortium of two international consultancies. The project had suffered great personnel turnover and permanent delays generated by both the consulting team and by the client, which put the project in collision with an industrial project of the client's and could put it into a state of indefinite detention. In such circumstances, one of the consultants desired to continue the project and the other intended to leave it.
The mission lasted 5 months, during which an action plan was defined, the exit of one of the consultants from the project and the financial compensation was negotiated. Transfer of know-how from one team to the other was planned and the plan was presented to the client for approval. At the end of the mission the agreement was successfully executed.
